During the coronavirus pandemic, Charlotte has very kindly been divering pro bono weekly “wellbeing workouts” to our club members. Being unable to run our usual sessions under lockdown restrictions is really challenging since club sessions are central to the wellbeing of many of our members. Charlotte’s sessions are expertly tailored to our audience, many of whom would be put off by the traditional perceptions of 'mindfulness' or other wellbeing techniques. She is a pleasure to work with, and really helping members to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
Charlotte designed and facilitated a great session for the Senior Management Team, using DISC personality profiling, making a long term difference to the way we work together. She has also designed and delivered line management training with excellent feedback from the managers in both in-person and remote settings. We are now working with Charlotte to develop our new Performance Management System and Core Behaviours.
Charlotte is an excellent facilitator. During workshops she makes the effort to get to know each person individually and flexes her approach to different learning styles in a way I have rarely witnessed. She receives excellent feedback and often has a line of people queuing up to speak to her after a session to ask questions and benefit from her expertise. Her energy is infectious and brings people together.
Charlotte provided an excellent service at our annual team building retreat, bringing together our multinational team. She kept in touch throughout the design process and her facilitation was first class. She also used DISC psychometric profiling effectively and provided a clear and concise introduction to action learning and line management training. Importantly Charlotte quickly followed up with the key notes, actions for follow up and information captured over the week.
Our first experience of working with Charlotte was when she delivered a great session on mental fitness, encouraging everyone to really get involved and think about their own unique experiences. Since then she has adapted to delivering further sessions through remote learning platforms during the coronavirus pandemic. She has also provided us with some excellent resources for our employee wellbeing hub. We look forward to working with Charlotte again soon.
In spite of the challenges that 2020 brought, working online with Charlotte was a pleasure - we still haven't met in real life! She is highly personable, enthusiastic, accountable and reliable, yet flexible and understanding of the competing demands across the organisation. We now have a Global Resilience and Wellbeing Strategy which is relevant, clear, concise, relatable, visual and easy to digest and embed into working practices - a really valuable asset to have in a large organisation.
