Bespoke Training Workshops

I work in partnership with my clients, using the ADDIE Model of learning design to ensure that my training workshops are tailored to your specific requirements.

Analyze

Identify the challenge you're facing and the key messages you want to land, who your audience is, and any delivery specifics (e.g. delivery method).

Design

Create an ideas board around key messages and select appropriate learning activities for the audience, linked to up-to-date research and evidence.

Develop

Develop full workshop(s) design, including creative slide decks, relevant audio-visual content and interactive tools such as whiteboards and polls.

Implement

Deliver workshop(s) to target audience, drawing on my 15+ years of training and facilitation experience across multiple sectors and cultural contexts.

Evaluate

Collect and share feedback to evaluate the learning that has taken place and optimise measurable behavioural changes for lasting impact.
