Charlotte Crowe Consulting is a UK-based training and consultancy service that promotes mental fitness at work through the design and delivery of quality training and learning solutions (in face-to-face and virtual settings), the provision of workplace wellbeing advisory services and the delivery of speaking events. 

About Charlotte's Experience

I am a Learning & Development professional with over fifteen years experience across a wide range of sectors, countries and contexts. I have led training and learning interventions within the public and charity sector, including the British Council, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Leonard Cheshire Disability, VSO and Mind as well as many private sector clients, including HSBC, BP, Johnson & Johnson and Uber.

About Charlotte's Qualifications

I have a BA in HR and Spanish (First Class Honours) from Leeds University Business School and an MA in Education and International Development (Distinction) from UCL Institute of Education.
I am also a certified DISC Personality Profile Practitioneraccredited Action Learning Facilitator (group coach) and qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor with MHFA England. I am committed to continuing my own learning and professional development and regularly attend webinars in organisational psychology and mental health as well as being an avid HBR journal reader, TED talk watcher and podcast listener.

About Charlotte Outside Work

I believe passionately about work-life balance, so when not working I enjoy cycling up big hills, practising yoga, singing in jazz bands and camping in the countryside. Obviously not all at the same time.
