Vision

I believe in a global society where workplaces invest in supporting and developing the mental fitness of their people to help achieve their potential. Everyone has the right to work in an environment that supports their mental health, wellbeing and learning and development, and we are more likely to achieve our potential if we are mentally fit and healthy.

Motivation

There is a growing body of evidence that mentally fit people are more ‘present’ at work (both physically and mentally) and that investing in workplace wellbeing not only reduces absenteeism and presenteeism, but also improves productivity and performance. Resilience is not finite, but something that we can all develop with the right opportunities and support.

Purpose

I am passionate about my purpose: to design and deliver innovative solutions to help organisations and their people to improve wellbeing, increase mental fitness and build resilience.
